CLAY WORLEY

Founder and CEO

Clay Worley is a veteran of both the United States Marine Corps and the Army; he served in Bosnia-Herzegovina and Iraq where he was the first to introduce Jeet Kune Do Concepts in 2003.  An author and a martial arts training DVD star, Clay Worley has taught students of all ages across the globe.

A ninth degree black belt in Dekimasu Shotokan Karate-Do and MMA with black belts in other martial arts like Taekwondo, he is also instructor certified in Jeet Kune Do Concepts, Ground Fighting, Jiujitsu, and Wushu Long Staff.  Formal training in the martial arts started for him in 1983, and since then, he has studied in Okinawa, Japan as well as the Republic of Korea.

Prior to retiring from the competition circuit for the last time in 2008, Clay earned the Texas State Champion titie, silver medals on the national level, and top tier rankings in three divisions at the world championships that same year.  On the open circuit, Clay’s team won the Sword of Honor for outstanding overall performance at his last tournament where his individual wins included first place in black belt weapons.  All of this capped what had been a 19-year hiatus from the tournament circuit where he competed successfully throughout the Southeastern U.S. in the 1980s and ‘90s.
